This room allows smaller, all ages parties and events, in your own private space! Perfect for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Corporate Holiday Parties, Corporate Meetings, Luncheons, Presentations, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversary Parties, Bachelorette Brunches, Bridal Showers and more! With its own dedicated 24-foot Bar and private Patio too, this flexible space can easily accommodate 50 - 80 guests, depending on your desired seating arrangement. The venue rental is a flat fee of $1000 for events Sunday - Thursday, $1250 for events on Fridays or Saturdays. The venue fee is due in full upon booking. One-day liability, event insurance will also be required. Venue rental typically includes: -6 hours total Rental Time (additional hours may be contracted) -Event Manager -Full Bar Set-up -Bartender -Background Overhead Music - genre of your choosing -Guest Services Door Staff during your entire event -Existing cocktail tables & chairs -Buffet tables -Red Carpet Entry -Private Patio Add-ons may include: -Banquet tables, (8 chairs each - 72 guest capacity) black linens - $9 per person, includes set-up, tear-down, table, linen and chair -Theater style seating - $2 per chair, includes chair, set-up and tear-down -Linens for cocktail tables - $6 each, includes placement and removal -Audio Visual Equipment - large monitors, speakers, microphone, stage, etc - cost varies -Professional Audio Technician - $300 for event We can also book DJs, Bands, Magicians, Photobooths and other entertainment for you, just let us know what you'd like! Bar Your rental includes full bar set-up and a professional bartender during your event. Each event has an $800 Bar Minimum (this is in addition to the venue rental fee) and may be a hosted, partially hosted (drink tickets) or cash bar. Bar can also be set-up as a non-alcoholic if you'd like, with various mocktail, water, juice, coffee and soda options. Catering We can cater your event for you! Catering is done on-site and provided for you seamlessly and stress free. Just select your menu items and we make it all happen, and the food is delicious! (In-house catering is NOT required) Flexibility The Longhorn Room gives you the flexibility to bring in your own caterer, do a potluck, or even have an event without food. You may also contract your own vendors such as DJs, Bands, Photobooths, etc. With this flexibility, you can have your party, your way! (Outside catering allowed, though will incur a $250 fee, unless simply a cake, cupcakes or small snack items)
