Located right off of the corner of Vista and Overland, the Gem Center is affordable and has plenty of parking. This 3000 square foot venue has 9-foot glass windows and an open, modern feel. It is perfect for parties, receptions, reunions, seminars, and live shows. Up to 200 seated guests, or 350 standing room.

Great Venue for a celebration - An Eventective User

In Feb 2022, I had the arduous task of creating a surprise birthday party for a sibling from out of state. Although, we had a small gathering 23 of the 26 guests were flying in. Everything had to be adjusted and scheduled it was a wonderful experience. Jen has nerves of steel and the ability to put together a wonderful experience. In the end I felt owed her hazard pay for having to put up with my panicky texts and calls. The staff was amazing too, from the bar staff to the av staff they were attentive and responsive to needs of all attendees.

Lounge at the End of the Universe - An Eventective User

This was the best place for my birthday gala! The venue was large enough for all my guests, while still providing for good conversation areas. They coordinated well with my caterer, and my guests greatly appreciated the well-stocked bar. I’m very grateful for their assistance with getting my decorations in place, and especially with linking my playlist to the sound system. If you book your event at the Lounge at the End of the Universe at Gem Center for the Arts, you will be very happy!

Perfect venue! - An Eventective User

I held my 55th Birthday Gala at the Lounge at the End of the Universe at the Gem Center for the Arts. It was absolutely the perfect choice! The venue was large enough for all of my guests to sit down to enjoy our catered meal, with enough space for dancing and socializing. The bar added that extra touch of fun. I very much appreciated all the assistance with setting up—including hanging decorations from the ceiling. Jen was so helpful throughout the process and coordinated well with my caterer, and walked me through planning my first major event. I cannot recommend Gem Center for the Arts highly enough!
