Rentals for 150-249 guests will be $3000. Great Lighting System and 2000 Square Foot Dance Floor. Perfect for Corporate, Schools , Clubs, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinces, Sweet Sixteens, Weddings, and other events. Approved Outside Caterers may be brought in. Alcohol and soft drink packages must be purchased from the Pavilion Grille. Wine may be brought in but Corkage and Bartender Fees apply. Use of Grille room for prep or plating is an additional $500. Larger Party rentals are at an additional charge. Tables are squares and can form tables of four, eight, ten and twelve. Round tables are available. An additional hour is available at $350. Our building Lobby is available for additional $375 rental charge for a Ceremony. The Lobby requires a chair rental and Pipe and Drape. One hour of set-up time are allowed and one hour for clean-up. Our Grille Room is a beautiful private room and the ideal place for your Business Meeting and Luncheon. Our package includes a Salad, Entree and Dessert plus unlimited soft drinks and Coffee or Tea. The room would be available for a four to five hour Meeting on Monday through Friday. We can also offer other options. Continental Breakfast at $20 per person plus tax and service fee or Full Hot Breakfast options can be added to this package. The room includes a handsome Granite Bar. A screen and 51 inch Flat screen television and Podium are available for use. Package is available on Tuesdays-Fridays. Available Mondays for minimum of 40 guests.

Our Gold Plated Wedding Package includes a Champagne Toast, Four Hour House Level Bar, Choice of Four Passed Appetizers, Choice of Two Entrees or Duet Plate. We will cut, plate and serve your Wedding Cake. Soft Drinks, Coffee and Tea. White or Black Linens are included. This is for a Four Hour Reception from 7 pm to 11 pm. Additional Hours are available at $300 per hour ( Bar is additional.) We can hold your Ceremony as well in our Lobby Area or on the Dance Floor. Monday through Thursday and Sundays are $85, plus tax and service charge. Please add 7% Palm Beach County Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge. Children under five are free of charge. Children 6-16 are $45.

The bar and cocktail lounge area has space for over 150 guests. It can be used as a pre-function space or for networking meetings and cocktails receptions. It has three flat screen TV's with a DVD player that can be used to show your montage.

We had our sons bar mitzvah at pavilion grille. What an evening! Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how amazing the food tasted, the atmosphere and the staff, well they were incredible to work with! My husband and I are so happy we chose Pavilion Grille as our wedding venue. We loved the greenery and fountain, bringing a hint of outside without the heat and humidity- perfect for an August wedding in S. Florida! We had a fabulous time, it really flew by, and our guests are still raving about the food and the great time they had. It wouldn't have been nearly so perfect without the help of Cookie, Glenn, Liz, and all the staff at Pavilion Grille. They made it virtually stress free and were amazing every step of the way!
WOW WOW WOW! Where do I begin? I am the father of the bride! Due to the bride's extremely busy schedule, I handled most of the planning of course with my daughter's final review. On the first visit to the Venue, we were greeted by Liz and Meghan. Let me say that they are warm, caring and not the least bit pushy. Of course, they want your business, but I cannot name one statement they made or one item they promised that was not delivered. In fact, most of what was delivered was bigger and better than expected. Let's talk about the venue itself. When visiting the Pavilion Grille, you will notice a very different, corporate type of look. BUT on the night of your event it is transformed into a spectacular venue with soaring ceilings, awesome lights and a feeling of grandeur. I had at least a dozen guests tell me that they never saw a venue as open, and spectacular as this. OK, Food! Incredible! More than your guests will eat! Tremendous variety of high quality and delicious foods. We had the "STATIONS" and let me say "NO ONE WENT HOME HUNGRY!" The desserts were to die for. Pies, cakes, shooters, ice cream and pastries to name a few. I think I left out the hand passed hors d'oeuvres and platters that were served during cocktail hour. Delicious and plentiful. All that food served by terrific wait staff and station chefs. If I sound a little excited, I am. I was working on a fixed budget as I am partially retired. I thought I would have to go to one of those Wedding mills to stay within budget. The Pavilion Grille is a private venue with an extremely competitive price point. My daughter and son-in law were blown away at what I was able to provide for them. I am very proud and thankful to the Pavilion Grille.
Our wedding reception could not have gone any better. The food was tremendous. Guests couldn't compliment us enough on the food! We had no leftovers! Planning was easy thanks to Liz and Glenn. They were helpful in every step of the process. My wife and I were new to Florida and had to plan our wedding in just 9 months. Pavilion Grille made the planning process easy and went above and beyond when it was time for the big day! The staff was professional, reliable and happy to serve. Liz and her team made the entire affair stress free. From the 1st meeting to the last song service was #1. Easy to communicate with by email or phone. Expert advice from start to finish on food, set-up and even organizing other vendors. The venue is gorgeous, food is top notch, displays are classy & staff is superb. Oh, and it photographs exquisitely! What else could you need?

The Pavilion Grille is our go to place for our corporate holiday party. This is our third successful year. Again, the staff at The Pavilion went out of their way to make our party a success. From the delicious hors d'oeuvres, to the wonderful buffet - we had sirloin, turkey, salmon, Jambalaya (we had a Mardi Gras theme), to the martini potato bar, and Mediterranean Table, to including gluten-free pasta, to the wonderful Ice Cream bar and desserts, we couldn't have had a better dining experience. Our guests raved that our October 6th wedding was "the best wedding" they had ever attended! The Pavilion Grille and its staff were a huge part of that success. Everyone loved the food selection, bar, floor plan, and overall party atmosphere. I would recommend this venue to any couple who is looking for a unique place to celebrate, beyond a low-ceiling banquet room with gaudy, outdated chandeliers! The Pavilion Grille is completely awesome and if I had to choose my reception venue all over again, I would definitely choose it!
I chose this venue for my 50th Birthday Party and it was a hit. All my guest and family were amazed by the space and how it was divided into dance floor, bar and sitting areas. The display of the food and service provided was superb. The staff that care for us was always available when needed, but never in plain site during the party. Very nice touch. The care-taker of the event was helpful in keeping the moment going in the right direction, coming over to remind us, its time for dance, its time for food, its time to cut cake. Thank God because that gave me the ability to just have FUN!
Hosted a school sports banquet at the Pavillion Grille for 135 people. From my first interaction with the staff to the end of the banquet evening, was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so professional and provided our guests such great service. I am in the service industry myself and have high standards. The Pavillion Grille exceeded all my expectations. We held our daughter's party there this past March and could not have a better time. If your looking for a club atmosphere this is it. Just supply a great DJ and the staff at Pavilion does the rest. Great food, great bar (with virgin frozen drinks for the under 21s). My daughter and her friends had the BEST time.
We had our wedding reception here in March 2012. Every single person complimented us on the food and bar drinks! We are also being featured on a show called Four Weddings (On TLC. Season 4 - 2012 South Florida location)! The guest brides were MORE than impressed with the fantastic food and enjoyed everything! I would recommend this place to everyone! Fantastic service, food and awesome dance floor under an atrium!
