The Hilton Garden Inn/Trussville-Birmingham staff was awesome during the planning and the event celebrating our mother's 90th birthday on Saturday, 22 April 2017. Ms Quincy Beckwith, Sales Manager, is one of the most patient, kind, proficient and professional hotel staff person that I have ever worked with. From the moment we contacted her several months ago to meeting her upon arrival, we felt so welcomed and appreciated her efforts to make sure the celebration was done in top notch style. Our mother was very pleased and all the guests say it was beyond what we could have ever believed for. Ms Beckwith was such a BLESSING and a top notch professional. She, along with her staff, were BLESSINGS. Thank you to her a million times over.
