A Great Facility for Small Meetings — An Eventective User from London, UK
My team used the Beverly Hilton for a global summit for our company. We used almost all areas of the hotel, and were impressed with the hotel in every way. As we had participants arriving from all over the world, the hotel was great in handling unusual check in times prior to our meeting start. The hotel is close to LAX, so the legendary Los Angeles traffic was not an issue most of the time. We were also able to take the group to Hollywood with minimal delay. The convention team met for our pre-con meeting at the Circa 55 restaurant - a great facility with enough privacy to have a small group discussion. The remaining meetings were spread throughout the hotel, including an amazing cocktail reception on the roof. The meeting rooms were set up with flair, and all team members involved in set up were amazing. We had several different dietary requirements (vegetarian, halal, etc.), which were accommodated with no issue. Guest rooms were a special treat - a little more than the typical Hilton standard. Personally, my room overlooked the pool area which was quite nice in the mornings and evenings. We were able to use the pool deck for an evening cocktail reception as well - complete with a red carpet, movie star impersonators, and paparazzi. Knowing that this is the hotel that hosts the Golden Globes and other large holiday events, I was curious how they would treat a 'smaller' group. The hotel team was amazing from top to bottom, and I look forward to returning to the Beverly Hilton again.
