The dispatch service is extremely well trained and knowledgable about the city and its landmarks. After making a reservation with A list, I always get an immediate confirmation and a description of my run (always impeccable accuracy). The driver are extremely kind, well put together, and accomodating. Also, they offer a nationwide service so if I am traveling I know I will have a vehicle waiting to pick me up at the airport!
