This is a brand-new 2,000 sqft event space with a state-of-the-art bar that is the perfect venue to host your corporate event or social function. Included in the space: - Comprehensive lighting with mood lighting and dimmers - Bar with ice machine, refrigeration, storage - Retail Shelving for product placement - Projector, Wall Screen & Apple TV (for media or presentations) - Sonos surround sound speaker set-up providing quality surround sound that can be easily controlled. - Two large bathrooms. - Downtown location in the heart of Austin (Right in front of the Capitol building on Congress Ave) - Street-level access with display windows - Portable retail wall for different event layouts *NOTE: Please inquire about rates for SXSW, ACL, F1, and NYE. Rates are based on date and may vary greatly from what is shown during periods of high demand. Additional Pricing Details: Furniture Rental: $150 flat rate - Includes: 5 round high top cocktail tables, multiple 4ft & 6ft fold out tables, 5 round fold out tables (seats 8), 40 padded fold out chairs, 15 low & high metal barstools - Note: There are 10 padded barstools that always remain at the bar that is included in the rental (unless otherwise requested to remove) Comprehensive Bar Service: - Please inquire about our bar service prices - Includes bartenders and alcoholic / non alcoholic packages, pour / tray service - We allow outside bartending services and alcohol if you would like to bring your own - Glassware Rental Only: $250 flat rate Catering: - We allow you to bring any outside catering / food in the space - Rules: No food preparation as there is no kitchen in the space - Inquire about catering services and recommendations AV Equipment: $300 - Projector & Wall Screen / Apple TV - Microphone & speakers DJ Set Rental: $500 flat fee - Includes: Denon DJ Board, Mixers (1 Level 8; 1 Level 12), Speaker Trees, other speakers and microphones Bookings have a 2 hour minimum. We allow for 30 minutes prior to booking time for set up and 30 minutes after booking time for break down / clean up. *The host also offers full wellness amenities such as a zero-proof cocktail program, yoga, meditation / breathwork, essential oil blending, crystal curation, tarot reading, sound baths and many other wellness in-house amenities that you can find @ swiftfitevents.com.
