* Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor.
* Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
* Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
* Collaborate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and audiovisual technicians, to ensure all services are delivered as contracted.
* Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
* Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation and accommodations for guests and speakers.
* Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed according
to plan.
* Provide on-site coordination during events to address any issues that may arise.
* Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
