Rrental fee includes an 8-hour block of time, allotted for event time as well as load-in and load-out. PARKING: We have 200 parking spaces available as well as street parking (valet or shuttle service is required for any event over 400). CLEANING: Cleaning of the facility after the event is also included in the rental fee. SECURITY: Included in the rental fee is security for the first 300 guests and a gallery member. One additional officer is required for every 150 additional guests at $250 per officer We discount our rental fee for eligible non-profit 501C3 Events. We allow this on weekdays only.
