We can pop up a yoga class pretty much anywhere! Yoga posture, breath & meditation. All levels - including youth, athletes and seniors. Events of any size, up to hundreds of people. Mats can be provided. Streaming option available. Christina Mills is Liveology's founder and our lead yoga teacher. She has a foundation in Ashtanga yoga with 500 hours of certification and over 1,000 registered teaching hours. We work with only the best teachers and have offered the highest quality yoga and meditation events since 2019. So far we have shared yoga at birthdays, conferences, retreats, family reunions, bachelorette parties, and youth sports and professional sports teams. We are based in Atlanta, GA and do travel. Event minimum is $150 for groups, including black mats. We can offer discounts for non-profits such as schools and churches.
