Unlimited time starting 2 hours prior to ceremony. Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony and Reception coverage 2 cams at ceremony 1 cam at reception. Professional Editing, highlight version with link to distribute for unlimited viewing up to 6 months. Interviews with guests, family and friends as available. (Dependent on volunteers for interviews. Professional Editing 3 DVDs, 2 BlueRay Discs. We will capture video of pre-ceremony activities if the location where the bride and groom will dress is not more than 5 miles away from the ceremony. If over 5 miles the charge will be 1.00 per mile surcharge. Payment shall be made as follows: A nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required upon signing and returning this contract. Payment may be made in cash, personal check, money order or Pay Pal. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Bennie Cheatham. The balance due must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the wedding in order to fulfill the terms of our agreement. J and J Digital Media exercises the utmost care with respect to the video services and products offered. Any liability of J and J Digital Media is limited to monies paid. Raw video footage is retained by J and J Digital Media for no longer than two (2) months following the event date. J and J Digital Media reserves the right to use the original tape, excerpts and/or reproductions for display or promotional purposes. Should the event be postponed or cancelled, the deposits paid are not refundable. No DVD or videotape, either in progress or completed may be removed from the studio premises unless the balance due has been paid in full. DVD’s are delivered 2 to 3 weeks after event.
