Perfect Wedding Venue! - An Eventective User

Our daughter was married on Ap 2,2022 at Woodside. It was a beautiful event from Fri golf for the guys, bridesmaids breakfast make-up and hair done in the Palmetto room, Lauren Effler, Woodside event planner, went above and beyond to make the whole weekend perfect! The reception was beautiful, food was excellent, and the reception flowed perfectly! Megan, did a perfect job with all food presentation and service. We could not be more pleased with our wedding event! Thank you, Woodside!

Wedding Reception - An Eventective User from Aiken, SC

This was a wedding reception for our daughter Meredith and her husband Brendan. We had 220 guests. Woodside set up the entire clubhouse: main dining room, chesterfield room, mulligans, front bar area, outdoor patio, and a separate indoor activities area for kids. We had 3 bars: front bar area, mulligans and a patio bar, each with a fruit and cheese display. A 4X5 panel dance floor was set up in the main dining room. Cocktail hour was set from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm with passed hors d'oeuvres, a formal sit-down dinner following, wedding activities and dancing afterwards to 10:00 pm. The event went very smoothly, food was excellent, and the hospitality superb. I can't properly describe how great a job the Woodside wedding coordinator and staff did in setting up and executing the reception. We, as parents, wanted the best for our daughter. We were extremely pleased, as was our daughter, son-in-law, and our many guests. A good time was had by all. We highly recommend Woodside Country Club for anyone planning a venue for a wedding reception and would be happy to discuss our experience with anyone interested. Jack and Kathy Clemmens

I had a wonderful experience at Woodside Country Club! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every need. Planning with the venue director Lauren was an amazing experience as well. She ensured that every need and specification was met which put us at total ease on our wedding day. An absolute MUST venue to book for your wedding day!!

Fantastic venue with great staff - An Eventective User

Lauren was so incredibly helpful and efficient as well as the rest of the staff. I had a lot of venues in the area be difficult to communicate and often tried to overcharge us. From the very start Lauren had a fantastic attitude, always responded quickly, and offered advice or guidance when asked. When my family wasn’t around help set everything up Lauren and the staff made sure everything was perfect, even dressed up a golf cart for us to drive off in at the end of the ceremony. I would 10/10 recommend Woodside for any future events, you’ll be in great hands.
