 1/16/2012 | | "GREAT EXPERIENCE!", An Eventective User from Austin, Tx | | Last year, we hosted a private party at the ACM for our 2 year old, our family and our friends. I have 3 children so I have done a lot of parties at different places and this was one of the best experiences not only for my 2 yr old and our guests but for me as well. Hosting can be very stressful but the team at ACM is very well trained and very prepared to take care of everything. They greeted me at my car, unloaded the car, by the time I parked and walked inside, they had everything set up, after confirming that everything was to my liking they went up front to help the guests. If I needed them, they were easy to find. If I didn't need them, they were not in my way. They were very efficient in the manner that they handled the time for play, eating, cutting cake, etc. They were very considerate and courteous. When the party was over, they packed everything and put it all back in my car. I actually had the opportunity to enjoy my guests as much and my 2 yr old. Our guests had such a wonderful time that three of them have already had parties there since. The price is very fair for the quality of service and the great time everyone receives. Aside from parking issues, I would certainly recommend ACM to anyone and I would definitely return there to celebrate my children's birthday! |
