The FORUM Conference & Events Center has three beautiful rooms ideal for wedding receptions, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate meetings, fund-raising events, and holiday parties. A large entry foyer with vaulted ceilings and glass windows from floor to ceiling is perfect for receptions, luncheons, and silent auctions.
Grand FORUM is the largest ballroom and accommodates over 600 guests. For smaller events, Grand FORUM can be sectioned into three rooms, FORUM A, which is the largest and contains a built-in stage and over-sized rear-projection screen, and FORUM B and C, which are intimate rooms ideal for corporate meetings.
All Ballrooms have built-in media and vaulted ceilings.
For special outdoor occasions, FORUM offers a tree-lined courtyard that accommodates up to 240 guests. The courtyard is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, luncheons, and pre-event receptions. Tenting is available for added security against changing weather conditions.

|"Sales Conference at Forum", An Eventective User from Indianapolis Indiana|
|Last summer I had the pleasure of going to a company sales conference at the Forum center in Fishers Indiana. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the large foyer that has vaulted ceilings and glass windows from floor to ceiling. It is a stunning view for sure. The interior space was exceptional. I found it be very modern and perfect for our needs. The three event spaces and the ballroom were tastefully decorated and had newer sound and media systems that were integrated for our needs. I'm not sure if the caterer was a recommendation of the Forum but the food was excellent. We had 600 people in the grand forum room and it did not feel cramped at all. I was impressed to see all the free parking for our event as well. With people coming in from all over the country it was perfect for them to bring their rental cars to the event. When we had break time the Forum has an outdoor courtyard that had tents set up for a large percentage of our group to get fresh air and refreshments. The best part for the company was the preferred rates the Forum has negotiated with area hotels. This really helped our bottom line. Another of the great benefits is how easy the Conference Center is to get to. From the airport it is easy to get on the main highway 465 and follow it to Interstate 69 to the exit at 116th street and you are there in no time. Being able to get in and out of the city quickly for these events is essential. If we had to plan another conference in Indianapolis again I would put The Forum Conference Center at the top of our list.|
