The first was a 12 passenger "standard" limo and the other was a much larger hummer limo (hummerzine). The first, 12 passenger limo, showed up at the groom's house an hour early and the driver started cleaning it out at the curb. I guess that's how they prepare for the "red carpet service" promised on their website. The seats were torn and taped with duct tape, there was backwash in the alcohol flask, and all of the glassware was disgusting looking - you'd never want to drink out of this stuff. Did I mention what looked like love stains on the seats? The bride got a call about 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time that the hummerzine was broke. They knew this all morning but waited right before pickup to notify us. And then we found out that the "upgrade" was a bus. Yep, on our wedding day the bride arrived at the church in a bus. It had the same problems as the groom's limo - dirty seats, and really nasty glassware. To add insult to injury, they made an agreement with the overly cautious bride to allow her an extra hour if she needed it for pictures in case things didn't go as planned - we never used that hour but they still charged us for it, directly contradicting what we agreed to on the phone. This company is crooked, stay away from them! |
