Exquisite provide full service catering from Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, to Backyard BBQ's and Corporate Picnics. They can provide servers, bartenders and other event services that might be needed. The menu shown is for corporate lunches with a 10 person minimum. Robert Egert and staff have been working together for roughly the past ten to fifteen years. Currently Exquisite Catering has fifteen employees working in 2800 square feet and six trucks taking five to ten deliveries each daily. Additionally, Exquisite Catering handled some of 2007 & 2008's Miami summer camp program breakfast deliveries, summer camp, school, and day care facilities in Broward County and various adult and juvenile rehabilitation programs.
