It is important to know the kind of music you want at your wedding. This is your event. If you hate jazz, then make this known when you talk to disc jockeys. Ask them if they are open to playing not just your requests but also the requests of your guests. Trust your judgment when it comes to which DJ to hire for your event. This is your wedding day. Don't feel as if you have to settle when it comes to the music.
