Yes, clients may bring their own food, beverages, and outside catering. All food setup, serving, and cleanup must be handled within the reserved event time. If alcohol will be served, additional requirements may apply.
Yes, we welcome outside vendors such as caterers, DJs, decorators, photographers, and bakers. Vendors must follow venue guidelines, arrive within the approved access time, and clean up their items before the rental period ends.
Yes, we offer styled packages for clients who want a more stress-free celebration. Package options may include linens, centerpieces, backdrop décor, balloon accents, uplighting, welcome signage, and other details depending on the package selected.
Setup and cleanup vary by package. DIY venue rentals include access to the space, tables, and chairs. Styled packages may include décor setup, linens, centerpieces, backdrop options, and post-event cleanup depending on the package selected.
Your date is officially reserved once we receive a signed rental agreement and a 25% non-refundable retainer payment. Dates are not secured or booked without both the agreement and retainer. Payments can be made through our secure digital proposal/payment portal, and Zelle may be accepted for approved payments.

Let me start by saying Mercedes is such a good host that she makes you feel like family. Beautiful venue if you're looking for a small event. I purchased the package that includes decorations and cleanup as I couldn't find a venue offering this service with a better price. My guests raved over the hall and my sister, who is the biggest critic of all, was even highly impressed with the venue. The venue was extremely clean whe we arrived and everything in place for us to have a wonderful event. I will definitely be using them for future events.

Recently had my daughters Quinceanera there in May 2026 and it was a wonderful experience. Very Clean, includes a kitchenette, a lot of other little things too. The owners were great they make you feel like family. My guest all loved the venues, the space, the nice chiavari chairs. There was plenty of parking. I toured over 20 venues throughout the Tampa Bay Area and all were unaffordable, had restrictions with using outside vendors, not enough parking for guest or only street parking at the guest expense, didn’t include tables and chairs, was too far and it goes on . La Mercedes events checked all the boxes of what I needed to stay within my budget and still give my daughter a Quinceanera. I highly recommend booking your next event there I guarantee you will not find another venue like this and it’s super convinient for those that live in Wesley Chapel, Dade City, San Antonio, Zephyrhills
