The Harvest Room is a full-service event center operated by New Earth Market. There is always something exciting going on. Located on the north side of the New Earth Market building, just around the corner from the Corner Bike Shop, it is a spacious room that seats up to 100 guests. We do all of the setup before you arrive and breakdown following the event. The room rental includes tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths, and podium. Additional amenities are available such as PA system, projector, and grand piano at additional cost. If you have your food catered through New Earth Market, we also provide the dishes, glassware and silverware at no additional charge. The Room is open for booking year-round as the perfect venue for your next celebration, meeting, seminar or other event.

We had our company holiday party at the Harvest Room, and couldn't be more pleased. Sydney and the rest of the staff were attentive and proactive, and their attention to detail let us concentrate on having a good time. I'm looking forward to the next time we can use this fantastic space and their tasty catering.

Willow Glen Care Center's Staff Recognition Awards Dinner at the Harvest Room was a wonderful evening. The employees agreed that that food was exceptionally delicious. The menu consisted of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Vegetarian Lasagna, Roasted Vegetables, Garlic Roasted mashed potatoes and Spinach, cranberry, walnut salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The Harvest Room was more than adequate to handle all in attendance with an abundant of additional room. The No Host Bar worked out perfectly with the request for specific items for purchase. The set-up and clean-up was simplistic since the table, chairs, linens were provided. The service was exceptional with timely dinner service and attentive service staff to assist throughout the evening. We look forward to utilizing this venue for future upcoming events.
