About South County Brewing Company
Founded in 2011, South County Brewing made a name for itself in central Pennsylvania with its popular small-batch craft beers featuring hazy IPAs, pale ales, lagers, and kettle sours. The unwavering support and demand from beer fans throughout the Mid-Atlantic created the dream of building the destination a reality, now located in York, PA. A beautifully handcrafted 28,000 square-foot building on 13 wooded acres makes up the new campus featuring Douglas fir timber frame construction.
Opening in April 2022, the new flagship location is comprised of production brewing/distilling areas, a scratch kitchen, a casual dining hall, a loft & arcade area, (2) full-service bars, and event spaces known as “The Virgil Room.” & “Lounge 422”. All areas will be available for a variety of sized groups, functions, and menu capabilities. A stunning timber-framed patio complete with a bar, stone fireplace, dining area, and (future) firepits offers a relaxing atmosphere and sunset views. Ample on-site parking and a convenient location less than ¼ mile from I-83 Exit 14 (Leaders Heights) further highlight the popularity.
We firmly believe that the attention to detail in our location, build structure, “best in class” brewhouse & distillery equipment, and culinary capabilities will provide our valued guests with a memorable South County experience.
