We offer versatile indoor venue options suitable for a variety of gatherings, including the Modern Living Building, Pioneer Hall, and the State Fair Room, accommodating everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale events.
Rental packages include venue access, basic cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and wifi, move-in access on Friday between 9am and 4pm (based on availability), 7 hours of Event Supervisor staffing, trash bins, and complete setup and teardown of tables and chairs (including tables and chair rental).
Yes. We offer tiered package rates allowing flexibility whether you choose to bring your own homemade food or contract with our professional catering service.
All alcohol service must be provided through our official catering partner, Oak View Group 360, to comply with liability and licensing regulations. However, guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic soft drinks.
Yes, security services are required for all hosted events. Security costs are separate from the base rental package rate. State Fair Park will arrange for security services for your event on your behalf.
Catering fees are invoiced separately from the main venue rental settlement by our catering partner.
Yes, our rental services include planning and logistics coordination with our Event Director, who can assist in coordinating with vendors for catering, decor rentals, audio/visual setups, and security.
