A welcoming retreat, close to civilization, Birch Manor and its surrounding lawns are an welcoming setting for weddings, receptions, or business retreats. Built in 1931, the mansion was home to Hugh Taylor Birch, father of Helen Birch Bartlett and benefactor of Glen Helen Nature Preserve. It is located in the quiet southern end of Glen Helen, midway between Yellow Springs and Xenia.
Suitable for up to 150 people outdoors or 110 people indoors. The main room can seat 40, the dining room can seat 16, and the four room upstairs can hold up to 48 people.
