DEPOSIT AND EVENT CONFIRMATION: Client will pay Supercharged a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Estimated Event Cost, as set forth, payable by valid credit card. Event reservations are tentative until Supercharged has confirmed to Client receipt of Client’s deposit.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Supercharged does not permit any outside food, beverages, desserts, snacks, or similar items to be brought onto the property (except pre-approved non-ice cream sheet cakes or cupcakes or food from a pre-determined select caterer). Drink tickets are valid for the specified day of the Event and are non-refundable. No guest will be served alcohol to the point of inebriation. All food packages provided by Supercharged are portioned in advance and quantities are served based on the final Guaranteed Guest Count. Buffet portions are finite and are not replenished. Additional charges will apply if more food is requested, and additional servings are subject to availability. Any food not ordered at time of booking may be subject to delays on date of event.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If the Event or party is canceled by Client more than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, fifty percent (50%) of the Deposit will be refunded. If the Event or party is rescheduled by Client more than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, then one hundred percent (100%) of the Deposit may be applied for a future date within six (6) months of the original Event Date. Any Deposit not used within six (6) months of the original Event Date will be forfeited and retained by Supercharged.
