The Lookout at Iron Front is Wilmington, NC’s newest boutique wedding venue. This spacious 1,800 square foot venue features gorgeous views of the Cape Fear River and downtown Front Street. The classic Art Deco-inspired space is extremely versatile and can host both intimate events and large events up to 200 guests. Our venue is perfect for parties and celebrations of any kind, as well as concerts, live music, fashion shows, theatrical performances, and more! The Lookout features a full bar, bathrooms, and a cozy VIP/Bridal suite with a private bathroom.
