***For a faster response please email*** Ideal for parties under 35 people. All rentals included! You can provide your own food and beer/wine/champagne. Let's celebrate! Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Wharf) ... just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals, handle the set up and clean after you leave. We have a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and prep area. There is a back room that we utilize for putting food in when not booked as a bridal suite. We have a mixture of tables to put the food on. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. Email is the fastest way to get a response directly! Great Place for Intimate Wedding - An Eventective User from Leland, NC

I would highly recommend Pave as a venue for both a bridal photography session and an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Our daughter had both this past March. The venue is trendy and comfortable with access to the Riverfront walkway across the street. The best part of our experience was working directly with its owner, Ray. He was genuinely interested in creating a beautiful atmosphere for us. Ray has lots of experience, good taste, great ideas, and is very professional. He responded quickly to our questions and accommodated our ideas to make our event unique and special. Pave is the perfect place for any intimate event!

Great Wedding and Bridal Photography Session venue - An Eventective User from Clayton , NC

We had our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception at Pave. It was wonderful. The venue is trendy, we’ll-appointed, and comfortable. Ray, the owner, is accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys creating a special and successful event!
