Reserving The Charlton Abbott
A signed contract, rental payment in full and a $350 security fee are required to reserve The Charlton Abbott. The security fee is refunded to the renter within 10-14 business days following the event if The Charlton Abbott is vacated by the end of the contract time and The Charlton Abbott is left in the condition in which it was found. Set-up and tear-down (clean-up) time are part of the contracted time.
Host your rehearsal dinner with us. Use one of our caterers or your favorite. We accommodate up to 50 people.

Maximum of 3 hours for dinner, one hour to clean up. Rental fee $400 and security deposit $250 due when signing contract. 30-day letter in writing if canceling event. 50% of the paid rental fee and security deposit $250 will be returned. If event is canceled less than 30 days before event, any rental fees paid shall be non-refundable. Security deposit $250 refunded.

*The Elite Affair package is only available on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Our wedding hours are between 9 AM and 9 PM. Sunday 12 PM until 6PM.

Deposit
50% of the Total Venue Rental fee and a $500 refundable security fee is due when signing the wedding contract. The remaining 50% balance will be due day of event.
Renter may pay the Base Rental Fees by bank draft payable to “The Way Virtual Offices, LLC,” credit card, or debit card. If Renters pay by credit or with a debit card, a 5% convenience fee shall apply.
Refunds
Written notification is required if the scheduled event is cancelled.
1) if notice is received 30 or more days before Event, TCA will refund 50% of the paid Rental Fee and security deposit; and
2) if notice is received less than 30 days before the Event, any Rental Fees paid shall be non-refundable.
3) $500 security deposit will be refunded to you after the final walk through of your wedding. You will receive it 7-10 business days unless there are any damages to the property, furniture, etc. you will be notified.

First floor Conference Room holds up to 10 people. TV can be used for Zoom as well as a white board.
Cowork space holds up to 22 people. TV can be used for Zoom.
Outdoor patio holds up to 75 people. Tables and chairs, heaters (if needed) and two bar carts. Front porch wraps around and also has tables and chairs. Selfie wall too.
Horse Barn holds up to 90 people. No TV. Separate buffet area to serve food. Bar area for beverages and a coffee station.
