The Reserve at Williamsburg has a Clubhouse that's available for rental by residents and non-residents of the community for meetings and celebrations. With a capacity of 75 people, the Clubhouse includes a main entryway, lounge and bar, banquet room, and restrooms. Please visit our website or contact us for additional information. The banquet room sets 66 people with existing tables and chairs. Areas not included in the rental are the gym, aerobics room and the pool and pool deck.
Rentals must be booked 14 days in advance of the rental date to ensure the contract and funds are received one week in advance of the rental along with certificates of liability.

Venue for Family reunion
— An Eventective User
The Reserve Clubhouse is a perfect venue for a family reunion. The bonus of the pool table was used by teens and their Dads. Elegant, spacious and a surprise to our family and friends after a Celebration of Life for the passing of my husband. My only criticism is that to keep the costs down we provided muscle power to move furniture , but actual it was a plus because the grandkids enjoyed helping.
Morrow Wedding

We had our mom's wedding here. Tge location is beautiful, especially if you are hosting about 60 -70 ppl. The layout allowed us to have 2 separate areas to entertain. We used the main area for cocktail hour while rearranging the area used for the ceremony for the reception. We also, hsed the bar for the reception food. Debbie and I believe the other lady's name is Rita, we're very helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend this venue. They made planning our event easy.
