Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel our photography services, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures the date exclusively for your event. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, the full balance of the package will still be due. Accepted Methods of Payment: We offer several convenient options for the payment of your package balance. You may choose to settle the remaining balance using credit card or invoice. If you opt for credit card payment, we accept all major credit cards. For invoice payment, we will provide you with a detailed invoice containing payment instructions. Payment Due Date: To ensure a smooth and seamless process, the final payment for your package is due no later than 3 days before the event date. This allows us to finalize all necessary preparations and ensures that we can fully focus on capturing your event without any distractions. We kindly request that you make the payment promptly by the specified due date to avoid any last-minute complications or delays.
