A deposit of 25% or $100 (whichever is greater) is required in order to place a definite hold on event space. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your function. A $200 refundable cash damage guarantee is due 30 days prior to event date. This damage will be refunded within 14 days after the event, minus any charges for damage, excessive cleanup, and/or additional expenses incurred during the event. Open-catering is available, which offers you the flexibility of providing your own food & beverage, or hiring the caterer of your choice.
