Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at beginning of event setup. All events may include additional fees due to venue location, travel, and attendees changes. Please reach out to request an up front price, which includes no additional fees after first deposit is made. 2. Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, credit/debit card, check, or bank transfer. Late payments may result in a cancellation of service. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Deposit is forfeited, no additional charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: 50% of the total fee is due. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: Full payment is due. 4. Event Requirements Client must provide: Access to power (standard electrical outlet) Minimum of 3 power strips and extensions cords. A clean, dry, and covered area for DJ setup (minimum 6ft table space) Parking/access for unloading equipment DJ setup and soundcheck typically begins 1-2 hours before event start time; usually during setup. 5. Overtime Overtime hours (if available) are charged at $200 per hour, payable on-site via cash or digital payment. 6. Force Majeure We are not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, power outage, natural disasters, etc.). 7. Conduct & Safety The DJ reserves the right to stop performance in the event of unsafe conditions, guest misconduct, or venue issues. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. 8. Media Use We may capture photos or short videos during events for promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you wish to opt out.
