50th Annual Banquet - An Eventective User from South Florida

Our professional society has held their annual Banquet/Meeting event at Wellington National for the last 5 years (starting when it was still Binks Forest). Each year has been better and better, our membership loves the venue and I receive several compliments after each meeting. The Director of Events and Planning, Julie Pickens, is so easy to work with and I have found that she is very flexible in planning and accommodations to meet your vision of how your event should be presented. She has been present at all of our events and very visible and very active to ensure that each event goes as planned, if their are any last minute changes she is very skillful in making last minute arrangements. This past year was our 50th annual event and I told Julie I would like to do something special, with her experience and creativity we were able to plan a meeting that our members will talk about for years. I will start working with Julie very soon to begin plans for next years event. Overall I would give the venue and the staff 5 stars, they are a pleasure to work with and take all of the headaches out of planning a major event.

Our company enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and great service that you and your team provided. You made the planning process easy and fun. Thank you for proposing great menu ideas that worked very well with our Roaring 20's theme. We especially enjoyed the personal menu tasting to ensure we were making the perfect menu selections. You went out of your way to work with us on the flow of the event space and the evening timeline. Our company holiday celebration is always the highlight of our calendar year. According to our guests, this year was the best ever! It was a sincere pleasure working with you and your staff.

WOW! What an awesome wedding!!! We are so glad that we chose Melanie O'Brian and her team at Wellington National! EVRYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! Our guests are still raving about the location, the impeccable service and the FOOD! It was 18 months in the planning, and Melanie was with us every step of the way, so patient with all of our questions, so calming in every respect...even when we had to move the ceremony outside due to construction on the Bistro. Everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Melanie and her team at Wellington National. BOOK THIS VENUE!!! You will NOT regret it! My daughter in law told me the next day that it was the "wedding she had always dreamed of!" Brought happy tears to my eyes!!!
