Our event space is the Rose Room, which offers 900 square feet of space for your gatherings. We have a secondary space, but smaller at 480square feet.
The Rose Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a banquet-style setup, though it is most comfortable and best suited for groups of 40 to 50 guests.
The rental fee for the Rose Room depends on the type of function. The meeting rental is $150 plus HST, for showers or birthdays it is $199 plus HST.
You can choose to purchase catering packages directly from us, or you are welcome to bring in your own catering. Please note that we do not have a refrigerator or storage space available for outside food.
No, alcohol is not permitted in the event space.
We set up the tables and chairs for your event, you can choose rounds or rectangle tables. There is often three food tables at the back, and two to three gift or registration tables at the front. All tables are covered with white tablecloths, and we also provide ice water. We can review what set up will best suit your needs when we meet / discuss your event.
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the room to suit your event's theme once the tables and chairs have been set up by our team.
The space is typically available starting from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. The rental is normally for up to an 8hour period. This can be discussed.
To hold the space, you will need to complete a contract and fill out a credit card authorization. No charges are made to your card until your arrival date.
Yes, you are welcome to stop by to view the space on days when it is not currently rented. Please coordinate with us to find a convenient time for your visit.
