The event space rental can be utilized for the following: Venue does not provide food. Customer may bring own food. The venue cost $80 per hour up to 5 hours of event time. There is an additional $80 included for an hour of set up/clean up.

Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy
There is a $75 refundable security deposit to hold the agreed upon date and time for event space rentals booked through Party with a Tee. The $75 security deposit will not be refundable only if a cancellation occurs 7 days or earlier before the agreed upon scheduled event and/or for any other breach of the contract. In regards to the cancellation policy, to avoid forfeiting the $75 security deposit, an event can be rescheduled. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs between 8 and 14 days prior to the scheduled day of the event.
