Private Event Hours: Our venue is available for private events on: Mondays thru Fridays: 4 PM - 8 PM Saturdays & Sundays: 11 AM - 8 PM Each booking includes up to 4 hours of private event time, additional hours may be purchased. Venue Details & Amenities: Maximum capacity: 56 guests Seating: 7 round tables (60-inch, 8 people each) Additional tables: 10 six-foot rectangle tables (perfect for workshops or book signings) Tablecloths, chair covers, and chair sashes are included in our 4 hour event package deal Bring your own food or hire your preferred caterer (food not provided by venue) $700 All-In Package Your booking includes 4 full hours of venue rental featuring elegant seating arrangements with your choice of black or white table covers. Customize the look with stylish chair sashes in silver, gold, light pink, baby blue, or yellow. To elevate your event, we provide a Bluetooth speaker and TV, plus access to our exclusive boutique area to take photos and to set up balloon arches. (Rental period includes setup and cleanup) $600 Standard Package Enjoy 4 full hours of venue rental, complete with elegant table and chair covers (your choice of black or white) and stylish chair sashes (available in silver/gray, gold, light pink, baby blue, and yellow). (Rental period includes setup and cleanup) $420 Basic Package - Includes 4 hours of full venue rental (Rental period includes setup and cleanup) $330 - Includes up to 3 hours or less of full venue rental Hourly and Flat Fee Options: $99/hour - $49.50/1/2 hour – Add extra time to your package at a special discounted rate $40 flat fee to access our boutique area for balloon arches and photography $35 flat fee to access our TV and Bluetooth speaker What does a 4-hour rental look like? 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Arrival and Setup 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Your Event! 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Cleanup & Departure NOTE: There is an additional $75 security deposit required and is included in the booking price at checkout.
