We are pleased to allow outside food for your event, providing flexibility to cater to diverse cultural preferences and dietary needs. Our policy on beverages can be discussed based on your specific event preferences.
Our venue, including the barn and outdoor ceremony areas, can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests.
Absolutely. We understand the importance of preparation. Additional time blocks for setup and decoration can be arranged and added to your rental package at an additional fee.
Yes, a rehearsal can be scheduled. For example, a 2-hour block on the day prior to your event can be arranged for a rehearsal, often included within specific ceremony packages.

We just hosted a bridal shower here and it was perfect! The space is beautiful and so well decorated - we didn’t need to bring any additional decorations. The best part about gala at nine mile was working with Tisha. She is so easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and took such good care of us! From setting up the space, to bussing tables and packing up our leftovers at the end of the event, Tisha went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about this venue. Thank you, Tisha!!
