Quail Meadows Banquet Facility is an ideal space for Weddings, Private Parties, Celebrations of all kinds as well as corporate events. The panoramic views of lush green landscape and water feature makes it a picturesque choice for any event. To help your special day be as wonderful as possible, we have the ability to have your wedding and reception all in one space. Our newly added bride dressing suite can hold the bride and all her attendees in one large comfortable space. Quail Meadows Banquet Facility offers a full-service bar, open floor plan, outside deck and patio, dance floor, projector, game room with pool, darts and golf simulators. Capacity for banquet seated events is 160. Adding head tables, buffet tables, dance floor and photo booth decreases seating capacity. Capacity for our game and bar area, The Covey, is 120.
