Pendle Hill is a Quaker study, retreat, and conference center located on 24 historic acres in Wallingford, PA. With 7 unique meeting spaces, ample overnight accommodations, meal service, and a relaxing arboretum setting, there are options for everyone and every event! Event hosts and their guests can choose from 7 different meeting spaces with capacity for over 130 with overnight accommodations. Guests have access to the library, art studio, arboretum, walking trails, homecooked meals, and 24-hour hospitality support.

Meeting space rental includes standard conference A/V materials such as LCD projectors, microphones, flipchart-easels, markers, DVD player, and access to the common spaces on campus. All buildings are WIFI enabled, and larger meeting spaces have streaming capabilities.

The Brinton House conference center offers an extraordinary location for retreats, conferences, business meetings, and more informal gatherings. Its Conlon Room meeting space can comfortably accommodate 16-80 people. Some areas are wheelchair accessible. There is also a full kitchen and dining room available for guest use. Audio/visual support services are available, including wireless projecting, full sound system, and streaming capacity. WIFI is available to guests throughout the building, and there is overnight capacity (bedrooms) for 21-23 people within the same building.

Overlooking Pendle Hill’s open lawn space and organic garden, the Firbank Library spaces are perfect for large or small workshops and group discussions that require meeting space with breakout space for open dialogue. The Firbank Fireplace Room and Firbank Table Room can each be rented separately or combined. When renting the two spaces together a discount applies and the Firbank Chess Room is included at no additional cost. When all three adjoining rooms are in use, the space can accommodate 30. Audio/visual equipment is available. All spaces are equipped with high-speed wifi.

Located just beyond Pendle Hill’s labyrinth, Harding House (formerly New House) is the latest addition to the Pendle Hill community buildings. Renamed in memory of the late pastor and religious scholar, Vincent Harding, Harding House is perfect for small workshops and group discussions that require meeting space with lodging in the same building. It can comfortably host 24 people, with room for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms right in the same building.
