My wife and I got married at Eastwind in august of 2008 and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. To be totally honest, the reception hall didn't really matter much to me, as long as we got married, I honestly didn't care about anything else. I really left the whole planning to my wife. But after seeing this place, I was really blown away. It was beautiful. We got married at the hotel itself and it was amazing. As far as other stuff goes, it was all very good. The staff was great. The food was fantastic, and one of my favorite things about this place is that after you finish your meal, the waiters come back to you and ask you if you would like seconds! This was something that a lot of my guests talked about for a while, since it is something that none of us experienced before. And this was not just for the bride and groom, but for everyone. Another thing I can say is that we opted to have our wedding cake made by them (it was cheaper then going to a separate baker), and we weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. It was a great cake and we absolutely loved it! Also, they give the bride and groom a free room for the night, and their rooms are stunning. Big, and very comfortable. And for those people who like to party after the wedding, there is a bar downstairs as well. All in all, I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Be warned it is a little pricey, but compared to other places we looked at, it was well worth it. You totally get what you pay for and then some!
