Private/Secluded Lower Level Event Space Conveniently located just off highway 78 @ Emerald Dr. in Vista, CA, our beautiful Spanish-style building’s lower level offers a multi-purpose secluded/private event space that comfortably accommodates 45 guests and offers: · 800 feet of indoor space. · Optional add-on 16ft x 32ft patio space on other side of building. · Private entrance with a lovely and comfortable furnished lobby. · Kitchen equipped with a large sink, plenty of counter space, microwave, and silverware. · Restroom. · Folding Chairs, 6ft folding Tables, Table covers (each available upon request). · AC + Heating. · WiFi. · Professional Atmosphere. · Set in a beautiful Spanish-style building, with plant-themed interior decoration. · FREE On-Site Parking; street + parking lot. Receive a 20% discount for renting 8+ hours. $85.00 per hour + $25 cleaning fee + $100 security deposit No smoking of any kind, fires, cooking (other than use of microwave), pets (service animals are allowed with prior approval), or illegal products/activity. All local laws must be followed. No glitter, confetti, slime or playdough can be used - $100 added cleaning fee charged if any is found. Maximum 45 people allowed at once. No loitering or hanging out in front of the building. Decorations, balloons, and signage is not allowed in front of the building without prior approval. Shower and shower room may NOT be entered or used. Do not tamper with the sign on the shower room door. Any food/drink with a strong smell that may cause a nuisance to any neighboring persons/rooms is not allowed. Alcohol is allowed in the space based on prior approval and proof of alcohol insurance policy provided to us prior to rental date. Security cameras and recording devices. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited. CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee of $25, separate from the rent cost (due along with rent payment, and covers costs for vacuuming, dusting and deep cleaning). You’re expected to leave the space in the same condition as you found it in, respect the space, and tidy up after yourselves. DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $100 is required 48 business hours before the start date of the rental, and will be returned after the end of your lease period if it is determined that you fulfilled all agreements. OVERTIME will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your rental time. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your rental until 14 days before the rental start time and will receive a full refund (including fees, except bank/transaction fees) of your rental price. You may cancel your booking between 13 days and 2 days before the rental start time and receive a 50% refund (including fees, except bank/transaction fees) of your rental price. Great Meeting Space - An Eventective User from Vista, CA

This is a great meeting space for small groups - I would say up to 40 or 50 depending on your set-up. There's a small kitchen (but no fridge), a private bathroom, and a small lobby which works for welcoming your guests. It's conveniently located right off the 78 freeway and there's plenty of parking.
