ALD event solutions did a wonderful job for a very large dinner party I was throwing. I was very nervous but the staff was very friendly and took care of everything including setting up, serving the food, bartending, replenishing, and cleaning up (food and decor) with very little direction from me. I don't know what I would have done without April and her amazing team. From my initial meeting with April, I knew I wanted to work with her. She was very attentive to my needs and she went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. At the last minute, my planner (a family) had a very unexpected family emergency and she couldn't be at the venue the day of the event. I met with April the morning of my event to explain how setup should look like. Her and Chris(event supervisor) calmed my nerves and reassured me that they'll handle it all. The moment I walked into my venue after the ceremony, my anxiety was reduced immediately. I was beyond pleased not only with the setup of my venue, but the service all of her staff provided. ALD did an absolutely exceptional job at our event. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Several guests even commented to us how kind and helpful they were. Highest possible recommendation! We needed help managing the catered food and drinks at our daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. April from ALD spoke with me in advance, got all the info, and helped us plan exactly what we needed. She was very responsive to multiple follow-up emails. The two people ALD sent, Frances and Brian, were professional, courteous, and above-and-beyond helpful. They showed up on time and were a great resource in helping us set up, giving us great advice on things like where to put the tables to maximize seating space. They worked very hard throughout the event and were flexible in taking care of the various needs that popped up during the event — even figuring out on the fly how to make cotton candy using the machine we had rented. They were kind and responsive to guests who needed help with something. They made sure the food and drinks that they set out were always replenished, right up till the end of the party. And when it ended, I was astonished to see that they had already thoroughly cleaned the entire kitchen area and the cotton candy machine, and then they helped us clean the rest of the venue. I'm so glad we found ALD!

I've used ADL Event Solutions for two events now and they were wonderful. April was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, responsive, and pleasant. The two staff members she sent to my parties, Valerie and Frances, were wonderful. They hit the ground running as soon as they arrived with little direction from me and were very pleasant to work with.
