We needed help managing the catered food and drinks at our daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. April from ALD spoke with me in advance, got all the info, and helped us plan exactly what we needed. She was very responsive to multiple follow-up emails. The two people ALD sent, Frances and Brian, were professional, courteous, and above-and-beyond helpful. They showed up on time and were a great resource in helping us set up, giving us great advice on things like where to put the tables to maximize seating space. They worked very hard throughout the event and were flexible in taking care of the various needs that popped up during the event — even figuring out on the fly how to make cotton candy using the machine we had rented. They were kind and responsive to guests who needed help with something. They made sure the food and drinks that they set out were always replenished, right up till the end of the party. And when it ended, I was astonished to see that they had already thoroughly cleaned the entire kitchen area and the cotton candy machine, and then they helped us clean the rest of the venue. I'm so glad we found ALD!
I've used ADL Event Solutions for two events now and they were wonderful. April was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, responsive, and pleasant. The two staff members she sent to my parties, Valerie and Frances, were wonderful. They hit the ground running as soon as they arrived with little direction from me and were very pleasant to work with.
