Alcan Seafront Common Room - per day, Groups up to 50, deck overlooking ocean: $600

Dormitory Common Space- per day, dayroom in each student residence: $300
Jane and Jack Matthews room- per day, administration building lounge/meeting room: $550
Little Lecture Theatre (LLT)- per day, 75 capacity limited seating: $450
McConnell Theatre/Max Bell Hall-per day, 300 capacity full seat theatre: $900
Observatory- per visit, 18 guest capacity and qualified staff present for approximate two hour visit: $325
Spiritual Centre-per day, unfurnished, small gathering space: $400

Our Accommodation MUST be in relation to a single-day event or multi-day event on-site, with group rental at a minimum of 15 guests.
*Please note that our dorms, venue spaces, activities and catering services are primarily available for external rentals through the spring/summer months of late May, June, and July each summer. Our students return in mid August each year and all other months of the year are dedicated to school activities.
Our Pricing is as follows:
Single with meals - per night/per person: One person in a 4-bed dorm room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (meal $85; room $95) Total of $180
Double with meals - per night/per person: Two people in a 4-bed dorm room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (meal $85; room $75) Total of $160
Triple with meals - per night/per person: Three people in a 4-bed dorm room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (meal $85; room $65) Total of $150
Quad with meals - per night/per person: Four people in a 4-bed dorm room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (meal $85; room $50) Total of $135

Our Wedding costs are very subjective, But we often recommend using the campus as a sort of retreat for your special day, arriving on the Friday, celebrating on the Saturday, and leaving on the Sunday morning. We also do weekday weddings. We offer wide variability and a beautiful waterfront venue surrounded by nature.
Usage of different venues, such as our dorm housing, personal guesthouse, dining hall, common area, and the ceremony area are all taken into consideration.
