We divide our days into two time slots, we do not go hourly: 8am-3pm/5pm-12am / Full Day
Fridays and Saturdays our night slot is 5pm-12:00am.

OPERATIONAL COSTS:
Cleaning Fee: $165 for events / $135 for productions
We require 1 host/doorman to be booked for this location for events we will provide this.
We require 1 security guard for all events over 70 guests, this is an added cost and custom to your events time frame.
The representative will be welcoming your guests and escorting them up to the venue. During the event, he will be standing outside the front door monitoring the entrance and will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have as well as implementing our COVID procedures. This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. They will unlock and lock up the door for us at check in and check out.
The guard will work with him on getting guests up from The entrance on Abbott Kinney to your event to the penthouse. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and is mandatory at this location with higher capacities, this cost will depend on guest count and time frame of the event.
Security always would be at the back end/ peak hours of the event to help close down.
Hosts get there 15 min early for check in
$38 an hour to add any extra time for a host and/or security.
We collect $1000 refundable security deposit before any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We charge $500 for productions. We refund the deposit 5-7 business days after the event. This is collected Via Email Invoice.
OUTSIDE VENDORS:
We have a preferred vendor list with a bunch of great options as well as a planner who can help you through the planning process if you do not have one. Let us know how we can help! (If you have someone you wish to hire but can’t find them on our list no worries at all, we can add them for no cost)
OVERTIME:
Sharp check in & out - We charge 1.5% of our asking rate for over time
Please include set up & clean up in your booking time frame.
RENTALS:
AV Package includes 1 wireless microphones 2 PA speakers and a mixer, a projector, and a trained tech to help set up.
Includes delivery. Rentals will be set up for you when you arrive.

CLEANING:
We provide a professional cleaning service after every booking that sanitizes the space and does a deep clean of the floors. You're in charge to return the loft the in the best condition you can. Move furniture back where they belong and leave nothing behind besides your trash. We ask for you to pick up all trash around the loft (trash bags provided) and leave the bags next to the door for the cleaners to take out.
Additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking in the case extra cleaning is required.
ALCOHOL:
We allow you to bring your own alcohol but we don't allow selling alcohol.
PARKING:
There's a few valet parking options if needed.
Street parking is also available and there is a lot directly behind the building.
