This is a spacious, versatile, modern, and industrial event hall near downtown, is filled with natural light, complete with beautiful floating wood floors perfect for dancing, and exposed 14' metal trusses. This room can be transformed into a wedding reception dance hall, a perfect production space, a gorgeous banquet hall to celebrate your special anniversary, birthday or baby shower. Our event space/party venue is 1 block away from Grand Central Center where you will find trendy restaurants, nail and hair salons, coffee shop and Fred Meyer grocery store!

Our church youth hosted our New Year's party here this year and we were just blown away by the staff and their kindness. Being that we had some unusual circumstances, they were with us every step of the way. The space was equipped with everything we needed and MORE! Very clean as well. Our event had 150 people and we were very comfortable and extremely accommodating!
