We have two floors of rentals!
The 1t floor space is laid in three segments:
1. The cafe - a bright, and comfortable area for folks to sit on our long booths or stand and mingle. This area is equipped with a full kitchen and espresso machine that's perfect for a private dinner or party.
2. Stage - our stage is in the middle of the space and it's surrounded by a 360 degrees curtain, allowing the "front" of the stage to be in either direction. This portion is great for hanging our projector for corporate events, setting up a photo booth for parties, or used as a traditional stage for a performance.
3. Auditorium - Our auditorium seating fits 80 people and is mainly used for performances, presentations, and screenings. The seating can easily be put away to have a large open space to fit more tables or act as a dance floor.
The 2nd Floor is a bright office space attached to a photo studio. This rental includes photography equipment such as c-stands, v-flats, sandbags, backdrops, and apple boxes. We definitely recommend using this space for photography or workshops.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% refund within 14 days of the event
- No refunds within 7 days of the event
- No refunds after 28 days of the event
Requirements
?- Minimum 3-hour booking
- Valid BC liquor license is required for serving alcohol
- Valid catering license to use kitchen
- Full payment is taken at booking confirmation
