El Lago Vista is a 7.6 acre private resort, located on the Sabinal River, on the outskirts of Utopia, Texas. Were located on "The Texas Hill Country Trail" and 15 minutes from the entrance to Garner State Park. We're located between the Sabinal and Frio River. We're 15 minutes to Lost Maples, 24 miles to Leakey, Texas and 30 miles to Bandera Texas. As a private resort we provides a venue for special events such as: weddings, rehersal dinners, family reunions, corporate retreats, anniversaries, graduation parties, church groups, etc. El Lago Vista can also provide lodging for up to 20 adults We have the main lodge with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We have a large bunk house that sleeps 7 and a pool house that sleeps 6. We have a large in ground swimming pool and hot tub. We have a multitude of giant oak and a large grassy pecan bottom with an abundance of pecan trees. The trees provide an abundance of shade for cool summer get togethers. We have an outdoor entertainment area which includes a large bar and patio. We have several beautiful sites for weddings.
