This event is designed as a day retreat. The Mountain Transformation property features cozy, well-appointed rooms with views of forest and sky. For those planning an extended stay, a variety of nearby inns, Airbnbs, and mountain lodges are available.

All guests will park at King Murphy Elementary (1.5 miles away) and take a complimentary shuttle to and from the property. Shuttles run at the start and end of each the morning and afternoon group rotation.

I practiced Dru Yoga for seven years before becoming a Certified instructor. I felt the shift in myself from using these techniques to better my life. I will never forget how free and peaceful I felt after my first class. Before Dru Yoga found me, I rushed through everything. Dru Yoga helped me to slow down, and appreciate the Subtle beauties of all life.

I knew deep within that I was meant to share the gift of Dru and help guide others to a better way of living. Dru Yoga is not as widely known as other styles, because it combines elements from ancient traditions like Qigong, Tai Chi, and Hatha Yoga. Community Acupuncture is a fully clothed group treatment of acupuncture that takes place in a large room or outdoor pop up clinic with a group of people together in comfortable anti-gravity reclining chairs or other comfortable seating.

• In our wellness hour healing circle of chairs you can lay back comfortably to relax and recharge.
• During your acupuncture treatment you are led through breathwork and guided imagery meditation.
• After the treatment you will be led through chigong and yoga movement so you are ready to walk out of our clinic at your best to enjoy your day!

This is a free service we provide to our community from donations of any amount we receive at our wellness hour healing circle treatments and from purchases of our Dr. Andrea formulated herbal medicine based teas, natural skin care, hand crated jewelry and self-care tools.

Biohack Your Resilience Thru Energy Medicine (Clinical Aromatherapy, Breathwork and Sound Vibration)

This will be an interactive and experiential as Anita Boehm, of Mountain Sage Wellness leads you thru clinical aromatherapy, breathwork and sound vibration techniques. All of these modalities facilitate powerful biochemical/physiological shifts and help us access both physical health and a centered state of consciousness.

At this critical time in our world it is important to maintain our resilience in all aspects of our lives, boosting our immune systems as well as our physical and emotional health. Mary Stipe will offer one table massage every 30 minutes in the shared massage room.

Teale is offering massage in 30 minute windows starting 9:00 AM with 1:30 PM as the last booking.

Kiki with Crafty Chassis mobile arts & crafts truck will guide you through the process of creating an affirmation solar light. You will etch images and words into the glass, and add a variety of dried flowers, natural elements, and intentional crystals to your jar. Place your creation in a sunny window and watch it light up at night to remind you of your positive mindset.

In each class we explore balance, expanding breath capacity, soothing the mind, & getting strong in all ranges of motion to facilitate a freedom of movement in every day life.
