Our 5000+ square foot venue was built in 1893 and is on the official National Registry of Historic Places certified by the US National Parks Service.
After completing a 15 month full restoration and originally opening in November 2019, Owners David Coffey and Julie Hill have expanded the footprint of the venue to 4+ acres including Pam’s Meadow, a beautiful large outdoor ceremony/reception space, and two additional smaller homes for overnight lodging options on site. Gloria’s on Exchange is our Groom’s House and Rosie’s Retreat is our Bridal House. These homes are right next to each other and a stones throw from both the original venue and outdoor ceremony/reception spaces.
We have both indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies and receptions, and include more for the price than any other venue in our area.
All is conveniently located so you can relax and focus on your loved ones in a no stress environment! Our beautiful venue has it all, serving as the perfect place for you, your friends, and your and your family to make beautiful memories together!

My daughter was married recently in our small, quaint town, Union City, Tennessee. Guests stayed at our local Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Sleep Inn / MainStay. The wedding was at our tiny Episcopal church and spectacular reception at my husband's mother's house. We had so many guests and bridesmaids that we worked with owners Julie Hill and David Coffee to create the backdrop for much of our weekend. Historic Ann's became the bridesmaids hub - where bridesmaids stayed for the ultimate HAIRSPRAY sleep over! Dear family and friends also hosted a bridesmaids luncheon and the groom's family hosted the rehearsal dinner at the warm venue! Historic Ann's was the perfect spot to act as a hub for our wedding weekend!
