We do not allow overnight stays - outside food & drinks allowed . The space Studio Nine18 is a private karaoke and event venue designed for celebrations, parties, and group gatherings. The space features a full karaoke setup with multiple TVs, professional sound system, microphones, lounge seating, and a central bar-style area. Guests have access to an open entertainment floor perfect for birthdays, game nights, watch parties, and private events. This is a unique, nightlife-inspired space with a club-style atmosphere rather than a traditional event space. It is ideal for groups looking to sing, celebrate, and socialize in a private setting. Please note this listing is intended for events and entertainment; overnight accommodations are not permitted. Fri & Sat rates start at $350 for 5 hours in the venue. Sundays are $250 for 5 Hours in venue. Monday - Thursday evenings are $200 for 5 hours and reservations must begin after 5pm during weeknights Mon-Thurs. Extra hours can be added upon request. All reservations include karaoke equipment, music trivia & everything shown in the space - 100" TV & 3 more smart TVs, couches, tables, chairs, ping pong, Wifi, bar, fridges etc. plenty of parking and it's byob.
