Merci opened in December 2015 as a multi-media gallery focused on art, music and champagne. Event industry leaders and co-owners Corbin Dooley and Colleen LaFleur have combined their talents to bring a new event venue concept to Tucson. Blending multimedia art exhibits, music and an eclectic collection of champagne, their downtown space will accommodate large corporate parties and weddings as well as intimate private affairs. Architects Dale Rush and Darci Hazelbaker from HARU transformed the 1940's building into a modern lounge adorned with finishes from stylish designers including Marcel Wanders, Raimond Puts, Joybird, Tom Dixon, Milo Baughman and Philippe Starck. Other significant elements curated by Corbin and Colleen include a state of the art Funktion-One sound system, a custom floor to ceiling living wall and a beautiful outdoor garden space. Merci accommodates outside vendors: Event Planners, Caterers, DJ's, Bands, Photographers and Florists are welcome to work the venue.
