About The Concord Room

Conveniently located right off of I-75, the Concord Room has been in Troy for more than 10 years and is over 4000 sq ft event space on the ground level with plenty of close parking, at a very reasonable price. The many features of the space include recessed and pendant lighting with dimmers, 375 sq ft dance floor, a large coat closet, whole room audio system with mic, two 6-stall bathrooms, 16 round folding tables and 180 comfortable banquet chairs, 16 eight foot folding tables. The Concord Room is under new management. The Concord Room is ready for you to celebrate milestones, cherish one of a kind moments, and create lasting memories. We have created packages that allow you enough time to truly enjoy your event without the stress of rushing to set up or tear down because most people do not account for enough time for that, and who wants to pay extra for set up and tear down time? The packages are just a starting point. If you don't see a package that fits your needs, we will customize one for you. We can work within almost any budget.

Beautiful & Versatile - An Eventective User from Tipp City

Our family had our daughter's high school graduation party at The Concord Room. It was perfect! Plenty of space for seating and for people to walk around and mingle. The beautiful decor made it so we didn't have to buy a lot of decorations. Not having to rent tables and chairs and the large kitchen area made for an easy set up and tear down. We received lots of compliments on the venue and the management staff was so accommodating -they made planning the event so easy!

What a joy it was to work with Hillary and her mom, Monica at the Concord Room this past weekend. I am Nancy Boehringer, owner and designer of Dream Come True Custom Wedding Decor. I have to say that the professionalism with the"down to Earth" feeling is a breath of fresh air. Hillary and Minica are so friendly and thorough as well. Very helpful and if you have questions, they are quick with getting back to you which is so helpful when you may need something quickly. The beauty of the hall is perfect for any occasion. Neutral walls, tons of lighting with a dance floor built right in. This hall is large enough for weddings as well as banquets, fundraisers and so much more. For weddings there is a beauty of a bridal suite and lounge for the guys. The Concord Room along with the great staff make it a venue you must look into when planning your next event. Their amazing hospitality and the beauty of the hall make for a super combo. I promise, you will not be disappointed. We at Dream Come True hope to be there more in the future .

We held out WINgs Women in Business Conference with the Vandalia Butler Chamber. The location was perfect for what we needed. Easy access from I75 and plenty of room for parking. I would recommend this location and Monica is amazing to work with.
