Occasions By the Bay has been welcoming guests to our elegant ballroom, manicured grounds, and licensed patio since 1999. Open year-round and located on a tranquil setting near the Bay of Quinte, the stage is set for a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The picturesque and serene site of Occasions By The Bay provides a convenient central location with easy access to all major highways and 2 acres of complimentary parking. The venue is also on one level providing easy accessible access. Occasions By the Bay has been providing full service catering to the Quinte Region since 2002. Full service means everything! Setup, teardown, glassware, flatware, linens, centrepieces, and of course the food. Our succulent menus have been created by our professional in-house chefs and will be prepared to the highest of standards of culinary excellence. We use local products whenever possible, with an aim to tantalize your taste buds by drawing upon exquisite seasoning, flavor and texture. We also provide licensed and insured bar services and planning assistance.
